Terms of Service

Please read these Terms carefully before using Zenosite. By accessing or using our platform, you agree to be bound by this agreement.

1. Introduction & Acceptance of Terms

These Terms of Service ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User", "you", or "your") and Zenosite, operating the Zenosite platform ("Zenosite", "we", "us", or "our"), accessible at https://www.zenosite.com and user sites published on *.zenosite.com subdomains.

By creating an account, accessing the builder, publishing a site, or purchasing a paid plan, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, you must not use the Service.

You must be at least 18 years old (or the age of legal majority in your jurisdiction) and have the legal capacity to enter into this agreement. If you use Zenosite on behalf of a business, you represent that you have authority to bind that entity.

2. Description of Service

Zenosite is a software-as-a-service (SaaS) platform that enables users to create, edit, preview, and publish one-page business websites without writing code. Core features include:

  • A visual website builder with niche-specific templates and multilingual content tools;
  • Paid publication of your site on a dedicated subdomain under *.zenosite.com (for example yourbrand.zenosite.com), which you choose during checkout or publication. Hosting and delivery of the live site are provided on Zenosite infrastructure at that subdomain;
  • Draft storage, preview, and account management in the builder dashboard;
  • Recurring subscription billing for keeping your site published, processed via Stripe where enabled.

Publication and ongoing hosting on a *.zenosite.com subdomain are not free unless we explicitly state otherwise in writing for a specific promotion. We do not offer free permanent hosting on custom domains outside this subdomain model unless separately agreed.

We may add, modify, suspend, or discontinue features at any time. Beta or preview features may be offered "as is" without guarantee of continued availability.

3. User Accounts & Content Ownership

3.1 Accounts & sessions

To save sites in the builder, Zenosite uses Supabase Auth to establish a secure session in your browser. Depending on configuration, this may be an anonymous session (no email or password required) or, if we enable it, sign-in with email or another provider. Your sites are linked to that session's user identifier so they appear in your dashboard on the same browser and device.

You are responsible for safeguarding access to the device and browser where you use Zenosite and for all activity under your session. Clearing cookies or switching browsers may create a new session; we are not responsible for loss of access to drafts tied to a previous session unless you have registered a recoverable account where that feature is offered.

3.2 Your Content

You retain ownership of all text, images, logos, and other materials you upload or enter into the builder ("User Content"). By publishing through Zenosite, you grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free licence to host, reproduce, display, and transmit User Content solely for the purpose of operating and improving the Service (including CDN delivery to visitors of your published subdomain).

3.3 Your Responsibilities

You are solely responsible for User Content and for ensuring that your site complies with all applicable laws. You must not use Zenosite to:

  1. Engage in fraud, phishing, scams, pyramid schemes, or deceptive commercial practices;
  2. Distribute malware, spyware, or harmful code;
  3. Infringe intellectual property, privacy, or publicity rights of third parties;
  4. Publish illegal, hateful, violent, or sexually exploitative material;
  5. Collect personal data from visitors without a lawful basis and appropriate notices;
  6. Impersonate any person or entity, or misrepresent your affiliation;
  7. Interfere with or disrupt the Service or other users' sites.

3.4 Moderation

We reserve the right (but have no obligation) to review published sites. We may remove content, suspend publishing, or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or pose legal, security, or reputational risk to Zenosite or third parties—without prior notice where urgent protection is required.

4. Fees, Subscriptions & Paid Publication

4.1 Pricing & Payment

Publication on a *.zenosite.com subdomain and any recurring subscription to keep the site live are paid services. Prices are shown at checkout in the currency displayed there. Payments are processed securely by Stripe Payments Europe, Ltd. (or its affiliates). Zenosite does not store full payment card numbers on our servers; card data is handled directly by Stripe in accordance with PCI-DSS standards.

After a successful payment, you will receive a payment confirmation by email from Zenosite (via our mail provider) and/or from Stripe, depending on your checkout settings.

4.2 Subscriptions & Renewal

If you subscribe to a monthly (or other recurring) plan to keep your site published, the subscription renews automatically at the end of each billing period unless you cancel before the renewal date. You authorise Stripe to charge your payment method for recurring fees plus applicable taxes. The renewal date and amount are shown in Stripe receipts and, where available, in your account or the Stripe Customer Portal.

4.3 Cancellation & avoiding further charges

You may cancel your subscription at any time so that you are not charged again after the current paid period:

  • Stripe Customer Portal (recommended) — use the billing link provided after checkout or in account settings, when available, to cancel renewal before the next billing date;
  • Email — write to legalzenosite@gmail.com from the email used at checkout, stating that you wish to cancel and including your subdomain or account details, at least 48 hours before the next scheduled renewal.

Cancellation stops future charges only. It does not automatically refund the current period unless required by law. Paid access typically continues until the end of the billing period already paid for. After that period, we may unpublish your site or restrict builder access until a new payment is made.

We do not charge recurring fees after cancellation has been processed by Stripe or confirmed by us. If you believe you were charged after cancelling, contact legalzenosite@gmail.com promptly with payment references.

4.4 Refunds

Except where required by mandatory consumer law in your country, fees are non-refundable once a billing period has started. If you believe you were charged in error, contact us at legalzenosite@gmail.com within 14 days of the charge. We may, at our sole discretion, issue partial or full refunds for duplicate charges or documented technical failures that prevented reasonable use of the Service.

4.5 Price Changes

We may change subscription prices with at least 30 days' notice (email or in-app notice). Continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance. You may cancel before the change takes effect to avoid the new price.

5. Intellectual Property of Zenosite

The Zenosite name, logo, builder interface, templates, underlying software, and documentation are owned by or licensed to Zenosite and protected by intellectual property laws. These Terms do not grant you any rights to our trademarks or brand assets except as needed to use the Service in accordance with these Terms.

6. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, WHETHER EXPRESS, IMPLIED, OR STATUTORY, INCLUDING IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.

We do not guarantee uninterrupted, error-free, or secure operation; nor that published sites will rank in search engines, generate leads, or meet any particular business outcome.

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, ZENOSITE, ITS DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, AND SUPPLIERS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, GOODWILL, OR BUSINESS OPPORTUNITIES, ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE.

Our aggregate liability for any claim relating to the Service shall not exceed the greater of (a) the amounts you paid to Zenosite in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim, or (b) EUR 100. Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations; in those cases, our liability is limited to the fullest extent permitted by law.

7. Termination of Service

You may stop using Zenosite at any time and may request deletion of your account and associated sites by contacting legalzenosite@gmail.com.

We may suspend or terminate your access immediately if you breach these Terms, fail to pay fees when due, or if required by law or payment partners (including Stripe). Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases. Provisions that by nature should survive (including liability limitations, content licences already granted for lawful operational purposes, and governing law) will survive termination.

8. Governing Law & Disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of Poland and, where applicable, the law of the European Union, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.

Consumers residing in the EU/EEA retain mandatory rights under local consumer protection laws. Disputes shall first be addressed amicably by contacting legalzenosite@gmail.com. If unresolved, courts in Poland shall have jurisdiction, except where EU consumer rules grant you the right to bring proceedings in your country of residence.

9. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms to reflect legal, technical, or business changes. Material updates will be posted on this page with a revised "Last updated" date. Continued use after changes become effective constitutes acceptance. If you disagree with updated Terms, you must stop using the Service and cancel any active subscription.
